Context
Remix app was a mental health app for teenagers that combined clinical psychology and gamification elements.
Challenge
Build a trustworthy and supportive voice and tone for a young audience while maintaining clinical rigor. I had to create content in a language that feels empathetic, clear, and engaging. I did a content design, voice and tone definition, research for activities and jobs to be done based in psychology, ideation of gamification concepts and collaborate with research and mental health teams.
Result
I helped shape a content system and app experience that spoke the language of teens and encouraged open, safe engagement with mental health topics.
