Context
SHERDS is a platform that matches female talent with companies. With this project, the stakeholder wants to help female talent to crush the glass ceiling.
Challenge
Drive diversity in the tech industry by supporting companies in hiring women, and empowering women to access the right career opportunities. The challenge: turn Sherds into an MVP platform that actively closes the gender gap.
The problem is that the recruiters in tech industry want to hire more women. They need diverse teams, and a way to meet diversity requirements. Existing tools are too generalistic and biased.
Result
We did two researches: one for the recruiters and another one for the tech talent. We created a platform with prototype for our happy path: open the platform, log-in, add a job posting, describe the position and important details, automatic matching, review profiles and contact the preferred ones. The star here: the magic matching by skills.
My role here was do all the research with both, HR professionals and tech talent, organizing and writing all the content, creating the screens from zero until a mid-fi and create a new landing page in Hi-fi.
